Dr. Siji Oliver is an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Professor with a focus interest  in Travel and Tourism and HR. She brings both academic insight and practical knowledge into the classroom, creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for students. With a passion for outcome-based education (OBE) and curriculum innovation, she focuses on aligning teaching with real-world applications and industry needs

She is deeply committed to the holistic growth of her students—not only academically but also in terms of character, leadership, and purpose. Her areas of interest include Sustainable tourism & Infrastructure, Hospitality management, Educational innovation and Human Resource Management. She actively participates in academic research, organizes student enrichment programs, and contributes to institutional growth through workshops, outreach activities, experiential learning and value-based initiatives.

Her teaching philosophy centers around integrity, relevance, and transformation, aiming to equip students to thrive in a global and ever-changing landscape.
